Today, Logan Circle is undergoing a renaissance. New restaurants have opened their doors on 14th Street, such as Estadio and Cork. Community residents are watching economic development to the southeast, from Chinatown to the convention center. It seems that on almost every block you can find at least one old Victorian brownstone being restored to something near its original grandeur.
